ABOUT THEO

The first time I met Theo was when I brought Laila to Americana Cane Corso to be bred. I remember him looking directly at me, and there was something about his eyes that immediately got my attention. It felt like he was telling me, ‘I’ll allow you to be here, but don’t make the wrong move.’

That moment stuck with me. Theo wasn’t barking, carrying on, or trying to prove anything. He was confident, observant, and completely aware of what was happening around him. He had a presence about him that was hard to explain unless you were standing there in front of him. That was one of the things that made me fall in love with this dog.

Theo is a powerful, heavy-boned male with a confident temperament and a more moderate drive. He has that serious guardian presence we value in the Cane Corso while still being manageable and composed.

After breeding Laila to Theo and getting to know more about him, I was honored when Americana gave us the opportunity to co-own him. Having Theo become part of Campione means even more to me because he played an important role in our program before he ever became one of our dogs.
